In December 2021, DL3 joined Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and Chicago Department of Housing (DOH) Commissioner Marisa Novara for the City of Chicago's announcement that it would allocate more than $1 billion in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for affordable housing projects in Chicago, which included DL3's THRIVE Englewood.
Phase 1 is a 6-story mixed-use building with ground floor retail that includes 62 units of mixed-income family workforce housing, a rooftop deck, green space, a fitness room, community rooms, laundry rooms, and tenant storage, as well as residential and retail parking.
The THRIVE Englewood team is excited to partner with the City of Chicago to build upon the momentum started with our Englewood Square Shopping Center to bring a new, high-quality residential development designed to attract working families back to Englewood.
