Matt joined DL3 in 2021 to provide support to the Accounting Department while also working closely with Asset Management. He is responsible for budgeting and forecasting data for all DL3 business ventures, which includes DL3 legacy properties and prospective developments. Additionally, Matt manages all data reporting and serves as the tenant and vendor liaison for the Firm.
Previously, Matt worked for Brookfield Properties as a Senior Accountant in Accounts Receivable. During his tenure, he reduced his portfolio’s receivables due by 76%. Matt quickly became a mentor to incoming accountants and a resource of support while also being the Senior for his direct team.
Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and his Bachelor of Science in Finance at North Central College. There, he was a student athlete and received the 2017 Bell Award for exemplary team participation. Over the years, he has volunteered for the Special Olympics, Feed My Starving Children, and the Chicago Innovation Awards.
