Bill has worked with DL3 in many capacities since 2003. As a consultant, he maintains his relationship with the Firm and continues to manage its 500,000 square foot property portfolio, including facilities and exterior maintenance, capital budgets, security, and IT.
Prior to joining DL3, Bill was a highly recognized leader in public service working for the Dept. of Human Services. Over the years, he has been the recipient of many awards and accolades; however, the nomination he most cherishes is the 2016 Most Distinguished Man of Illinois, a nomination made by his peers.
Bill holds a Master of Human Service Administration from Spertus Institute and a Bachelor of Business Operations from DeVry University.
